    I've owned the exact vehicle for close to a year and absolutely LOVE it! Definitely worth the price tag and then some. Quality and workmanship is every bit as good as similar class cars built in the USA. Not one problem with this vehicle since day one.

      I've had mine for almost three years and I can say the same thing . . a great car without any problems - I haven't noticed any production problems compared to other GM vehicles I've owned that were built in the United States.

    My wife bought a 2021 Buick Essence model. Has driven for 2 going on 3 years, no complaints, no problems. Quiet, comfortable ride. Love the infotainment tilt towards driver, easy touch screen. The electronic shifter is great. The new styled Envision Buick went from the Equinox platform to the Cadillac XT4 platform, also reworked the engine to use Regular gas instead of Premium like prior Envision vehicles. All in all great vehicle.

    What fuel octane does it take ? Nice video

    • @CarsMadeSimple
      @CarsMadeSimple  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The latest generation Envision 2.0T requires 87 octane or higher. The manual does state if towing to use 89 octane or higher.

    Made in China doesn’t mean the same thing as it did 50 years ago… just like Made in Japan. I bought the car a month ago and I love it. Very happy with the luxury for the price. I’ve owned Mercedes Benz, BMW and Porsche and it was time to switch to something that didn’t cost me a fortune in up-keep. Smooth ride and plenty of power.

    Great review. We have the 2021 Envision Essence and love it as much as our Lexus and past Toyotas. More of a value (reasonably priced) luxury vehicle🚘. The front and side tempered windows along with the noise dampeners makes the ride extra quiet.

      Great to hear! The Envision seems like a nice vehicle and one that would be very comfortable.

    Why would you have fog light cut outs if none of the models have fog lights??

    I’m literally possibly 2 hours from going into the dealer to see a 2023 buick envision what’s the difference between fully loaded and not

    • @CarsMadeSimple
      @CarsMadeSimple  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's hard to describe all of the differences between the trims. I would recommend going to the Buick website and building the difference trims. Hopefully you can see several different vehicles in person to help also.

    How do you turn off random vibrating seats.

    • @CarsMadeSimple
      @CarsMadeSimple  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You must be referring to the safety alert seat. You should be able to turn that off in the infotainment system.

    Good review for a quick look at car. Unfortunately, I cannot agree on the quality of the vehicle. I purchased a totally loaded 2022 Avenir in May 2022. I should have known the vehicle was not selling, because they were offering 0% APR and no price mark up when so many other vehicles were in short supply. I have already had at least 5 trips to the dealer for problems, my first time ever with a new car. Among issues - Instrument Cluster Warning 2X, Driver Assistance Warning (Buick refused to fix and stated somehow a rock must have hit the tiny sensor when car is pristine and only 3500 miles when this happened). Black interior inside window got frosted when hit by rain one day, which dealer just covered up. Most recently, interior floor got muddy during the Dec snowfall. The curved molding at bottom of doors catches mud/ dirt from road after snow, which eventually got into cabin. I have seen others complain about this online. Also, front crash detection goes off randomly, and automatic high beams go on and off continuously at night, a real pain. There was also a recall issue. Bottom line, I talked to a lawyer, I can only do something on legal side once car has been in shop for 30 or more days. A real mess.

      Hi David; yes, I did read your review. Some owners, like you, have been very disappointed which tempers my enthusiasm. Yet, others have had no complaints and are overall very satisfied. I’m due to replace my disappointing NX in November so we’ll see what I get. I’m also looking at the CX-5, but not very excited about it.

  • @peryole

    When he said “built in china” I lost all interest. What a shame. I don’t mind Japan, but China, a big no. I love my Acura and it was built in Japan and they are now built in the US. I wouldn’t trust such an expensive purchase to China. They have low quality because it’s a communist country.

    • @christhornycroft3686
      @christhornycroft3686 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You know it’s GM funding the building of the cars with GM parts, right? They’re just built there because the majority of people who buy them are Chinese. Get your facts right. It’s still an American car. Most corporations outsource operations to Asia. You don’t have to be racist about it.

    • @peryole
      @peryole ปีที่แล้ว

      @@christhornycroft3686 not wanting a product from a country known for poor quality is not racist, and of course you paid no attention to the fact that I stated my last car was made in Japan. In fact my last 3 cars were made in Japan, I have owned a Mazda and 2 Acuras, all made in Japan, your rant of racism is bullshit.

      You obviously have some biased views toward China. As I know, manufacturers in China always provide BETTER configurations for cars and almost everything that will be sold overseas. Chinese people always complain about this. Even if this is the case, Buick is one of the most reliable car makes in China.
