Hi thanks for the video, I like these lazy drippers and I wanted to know if they can actually be used with the AeroPress filter or does it get clogged?
@@kuervo435 i think it ultimately boils down to your grind size. I tried using an aeropress filter and it didnt clog but there was stalling bec of the grind size.
@@darylbuenocoffeeand I have found that the coarser the grind, the longer the brew time. Totally against all logic, but that has been my experience with the Hoop. And the water will fully drain, be patient.
its different - first you have minimal agitation so your level of extraction is very low. second you also have a sort of short contact time for non agitated extraction which adds more flavor to the cup. i would say its good, it makes great coffee BUT it could be better. I tried playing with it adding agitation in the middle but did not really help because i accidentally clogged the whole draw down. it could be a really good dripper if you want something that is stress-free and perfect for your morning zombie mode brews.
It is insane, I use the 13 grams of coffee and 17 clicks as well. The flavor is incredible. But mine can drain completely every single time.
and i thought hario mugen was lazy
yep! and this dripper is non bypass too!

@@darylbuenocoffee Usable but you have to take into account the grinding size, interesting, thanks!
@@kuervo435 yes indeed :) and there are also more options now for aeropress like sibarist and aesir so it could be used with the hoop dripper too!

CEADO make this do they not?
yes they do :)
No TENEN! Video ruined! If it’s collapseable and has marks for water level, I’d argue its a good camp brewer despite the size
hahahaha!!!!! yes actually it only needs water level markings and you're good to go.
