hello po how many clicks on the comandante?
2:46 parang Iphone lang ah😆
One thing I dislike very much about this one and the Brewista one is that they are not clean enough. The design of the Fellow Stagg is so much cleaner. Also after getting used to the handle of the Fellow Stagg I'm not sure I'm willing to change to a single piece handle. I really like to rest my thumb on top of the Fellow Stagg's handle. Gives me a balance when pouring. Also one thing too and I know many people will not agree is that I love and think it's a big advantage how slow the Fellow pours. It is indeed a kettle for a slow pour coffee. Fantastic too for the Osmotic Flow technique(Cafec Flower dripper).
@@klarinetta everything you said is true but not applicable to all. Take me for example i have short fingers hahaha!!
@@darylbuenocoffee Thank you. You are right I forget sometimes that we are not all made equal by God's hands. For me my best coffee gear equipment are the Fellow Stagg EKG kettle and Comandante Red Sonja grinder. And I know Sonja herself and although this finish is not anymore in Comandante's catalogue she still gets some over here to Reykjavík Iceland to sell at her roastery. Btw. Great channel and honest reviews.
@ oh really? I would love a red sonja! I never had the chance to get one. Is it cheaper there?

Thank you!
I understand that 100ml takes approx 45s, but considering the flow rate also diminishing as the water level draws down, causes the pour to be inconsistent as the water draws down. I own one of this too, and am considering to pour at 100ml intervals rather than the full 250ml and let it drip.
Can you talk about every bottoms of orea v4 and which Process is good with it
Yes, I am actually in the process of doing that - they also have recommendations on the packaging to which the bottoms perform very well.
Barista Pro looks promising.
Yes actually! Im very excited to master this new machine from Cuppa - so far in my tests it is very promising, very capable and very affordable too!
@@darylbuenocoffee looking forward to the review. I have been holding out on buying the equivalent from breville because of the price. I'm curious if this is a decent replacement and can make good espresso and latte art.

I have a small sieve -like scoop. Dip it in water, give it a shake and then scoop the beans. Voila! no static.

It is insane, I use the 13 grams of coffee and 17 clicks as well. The flavor is incredible. But mine can drain completely every single time.

my first time to hear you at normal speed and i get the feeling that you teach kids. do you?
No I dont hahahah!
This is gold! Hahaha it’s so cute too! I actually tried this taste test with my mom to see if she would be able to pick up any notes from a cup of “Blue Bottle Coffee- Balanced” which is a medium roast and has the notes of caramel, lemon zest, and cocoa. Mind you she only drinks standard drip coffee, Keurig, and instant, all with cream and sugar. To my surprise she actually tasted the lemon zest without me telling her what the notes are! I think letting people who are not into specialty coffee is quite fun and can be rewarding especially if they enjoyed the cup. I’m glad she enjoyed what I made haha! Ps: Ey-pricot is the right way to pronounce apricot! 👍🏼
@@rYANLIOn24 good job! Everyone's palatte is very different - even trained palattes have different levels of sensory.
Hello, any updates on this? Would love to have the conversion chart😊 thanks
why can't you say straight up that v60 is better option ? "It is decent/not so bad" doesn't sound appealing anyway. And if you have to use drip i would rather buy pregrounded sealed package then carry grinder and beans around.
@@maximkonechno8742 well we all know that v60 really is a better option but what im trying to do in this video is try and discover if there is a way that i can simply bring this drip bag as a replacement for a full sized v60 when travelling. Sadly it did not fair up to the v60 that's why i said it tastes decent and its not so bad as i expected it to be.
Oh theres a conversation chart for grinders..
Dang I didn’t know you made a video about this “generic” sifter. I actually have this and use it almost all the time since it came with a flat burr grinder that I bought from Amazon(Not a reputable one lol). It does actually help if you brew medium-dark to darker roasts of coffee, especially with non specialty coffee. I think it’s a great tool for beginners or those who doesn’t have specialty coffee but want to make the most out of their regular beans. Thanks for featuring it!
