We're getting a lot of comments that say "The old one is better." I think this is similar to when we uploaded Spider Dance - anything different to what people expect must be "wrong." Some people even comment that they don't like this version before they've even seen this version. I kept wondering why this was showing up on my subscription feed... took me awhile to realize this was the remastered version! Here are a few of my thoughts on this version: 1) I really prefer this version. Darby's voice fits really well with the lyrics, and he seems more comfortable singing in this version. 2) I feel like Steel sounds a bit more laid-back in this version, which I really like. It's a bit more in-character. 3) The only thing I didn't love was the echoing effect throughout the number, but that's just a matter of opinion on my part! Either way, the lyrics fit the plot of the story a lot better now. Sorry for the long comment, but thanks for taking the time to read all of it, haha!
Coming back to this song, the amount of banter between the two bros is inserted so well into this song, flowing so smoothly while Sans buts in, joking or encouraging his bro, and Papyrus tries to keep the flow going! Also, the song where I learned Steel and Darby are amazing.

Darby Cuprit has always been my favorite Papyrus voice, so it's great to here him sing BoneTrousle again. Also Steel as Sans is just as amazing on his own and doing a duet with Darby. Overall I love it just as much as the original and more! P.S. Papyrus is my favorite character and Darby was a perfect choice.
I really like this new version! It feels a lot more original. I'm currently picturing several Papyrus clones dressed in tuxedos doing the back up dancing.
This is awesome, it really captures how Papyrus beleives you can do anything if you just do your best, and at the same time wants to capture/befriend you without really causing any serious damage.
Papyrus was such a big inspiration to me in my high school years , i had very low self esteem and i really hated myself ( i even used to say "sorry" whenever i was happy) so he was really an idol for me

Having come to both of them late, I much prefer this version, mostly because 'You can do anything, all you have to do is try!' is an incredibly good motif for Papyrus.
