As you may know, Gilbert Gottfried, legendary comedian and voice actor, and the inspiration behind the voice I used for Spamton, passed away today (4/12/22). To say he was a huge influence would be an understatement, and I'm very sad to hear of his passing. Rest in peace, Gilbert Gottfried.

The emotional whiplash I felt from the meme lines and pop-ups to the references to the more serious lines about using your friends and being alone? Legendary. I burst out laughing at the rick rolling part and stopped dead when the "Don't be surprised when you're all alone" line dropped.
I'm really impressed with some of these lyrics. "You won't last 20 seconds when you play this game" is so perfectly threatening, and there's never BEEN a rickroll with more ominous implications.

The Addisons admitted that they grew jealous and isolated Spamton. But this is after Spamton is dealt with, so this is probably the Addisons feeling guilty for growing jealous and isolating him because he treated them like tools, which is actually extremely common in grief: blaming oneself for the response of how they were treated.
I've heard a lot of Spamton voices this path month. Jerma, the stop motion one, game show host impressions... But this one takes the cake. Gilbert Gottfried is exactly what Spamton sounds like.

The just utter perfection of 2:51 still blows my mind even today. This song actually made me realize that Spamton is scolding Kris / the player for using their friends like tools because he has experience doing so himself. He became a big shot, and lost his friends because of it. As both of them grew, they were further distanced from the ones they used to care about.

Another part I [LOVE] is the artwork cause [SWEET SAX] it looks incredible! I love how his limbs don't [Bend and Break] and instead stay straight and [Controlled LIMP] and the transition in 1:45 is [MWAH MWAH] I love the way it falls off. The pipis -^ is also a nice touch in that artwork, and probably accidental but Kris' red eye is his left eye, the same eye that shines red when you enter the [Dark World], which is probably just that Kris has red eyes but just wanted to say that. The glitch *HA* _HA_ -HA- HA is also a [FATALITY] touch and I love it. HOLY [Cungadero] Thank you for making this! God I love it.

When I hear the rick roll moment, and hw LOVE is in all caps, followed by Spamtons "So watch those numbers rise!" That makes me think the song is referring to Level of Violence there. And the Geno route in general due to how it, much like Snowgrave is about killing everyone and watching those number rise.
Gonna be honest wasn't expecting this voice for Spamton but I love it. It really captures the feel of a crazy advertisement salesman that has glitched out. The memes thrown in the song also somehow blend right in with his character. Another great track

Let me be clear. *Spamton is referring to taking over the Dark World and the Dark Fountain.* The color black is used as a shorthand for the darkness, and its usage in this song *has nothing to do with Black people or slavery.* There is *no reference to slavery or racist ideologies* in the video, and I as a person am strongly against anti-Black racism and even shock content. However, I do understand that with the amount of rampant anti-Black violence online, people are on their guard about this topic. I must stress that I had absolutely no intent to offend or promote racist ideologies; those of you who know my channel know firsthand that I would be the last person to ever advocate racism and anti-blackness. Regardless, out of context the line looks pretty bad; for the people who this may have shocked or offended I am sorry. @Team light Productions The point of Mettaton dying in one hit is for 2 reasons, 1 being Alphys didn't finish the neo robot, explaining Mettaon still being 1 shot in an aborted genocide route, and in genocide the player is already so powerful that anything they attack is instantly destroyed, regardless of HP or defense.
@Team light Productions In a full genocide route, which is the assumption behind the Mettatton NEO fight (which isn't actually official, though apparently something they planned on but cut), everything dies in one hit. You are incredibly powerful, and the only way to fight you at all is to avoid being hit even once. Hence why Mettatton NEO drags on his turn so long trying not to let you have one, and a large part of why Sans has such long turns and also dodges. So, one shot kill on the genocide route doesn't really say anything about their defense.

There’s been loads of voices for spamton over the last few weeks, and although everyone has a similar style they all do it so differently. I think for Snowgrave this is definitely the best I’ve seen. You give a great exploration of this Spamton, since instead of the manipulative puppet in the normal route who wants to break free. Here he’s tricked himself into believing he’s got freedom, and now is going after his final opposition and only loose end. The choice to give him a more scratchy and puppet like style over a robotic/gameshow voice like most definitely sells the insanity and fracturing, since he’s not in that presentable mindset, he’s completely broken. Also the pop culture references are surprisingly refreshing. Of course he would know memes, he’s ironically the only one in the cyber world who can seemingly pull from the internet during its outage
That "go ahead and scream" line reminded me of what I sort of imagine susie to sound like and it really felt like spamton was trying to rub it in my face.

Can we talk about the art at 4:12 real fast? Like holy pipis. The half-glow on Spamton's shades, the hexagon shield bpractically glowing, the webpages in the background, the angular shading and blue-pink glows on Spamton and Kris, the reflection in Kris's eyes, the entirety of Spamton's design, the FOUNTAIN, the way everything I just mentioned goes together, and obvious the pipis complete with label - seriously though even the pipis shading is gorgeous too. A moment of appreciation for all the work that must have gone into that.

I swear to God this part is actually almost scary to play, you have no items or TP left to heal, he's using a fast attack that can be hard to dodge if you aren't careful, and you can actually die. Spamton is constently demoralizing you by telling you what horrible things you did, and in the end: You continue to use your friend noelle to murder spamton himself.

I love how his limbs don't [Bend and Break] and instead stay straight and [Controlled LIMP] and the transition in 1:45 is [MWAH MWAH] I love the way it falls off. The pipis -^ is also a nice touch in that artwork, and probably accidental but Kris' red eye is his left eye, the same eye that shines red when you enter the [Dark World], which is probably just that Kris has red eyes but just wanted to say that.

Gonna be honest wasn't expecting this voice for Spamton but I love it. It really captures the feel of a crazy advertisement salesman that has glitched out. The memes thrown in the song also somehow blend right in with his character. Another great track

Okay. Enough people have complained about/brought up the line at 1:11 for me to have to speak up about it.
Let me be clear. *Spamton is referring to taking over the Dark World and the Dark Fountain.* The color black is used as a shorthand for the darkness, and its usage in this song *has nothing to do with Black people or slavery.* There is *no reference to slavery or racist ideologies* in the video, and I as a person am strongly against anti-Black racism and even shock content.
However, I do understand that with the amount of rampant anti-Black violence online, people are on their guard about this topic. I must stress that I had absolutely no intent to offend or promote racist ideologies; those of you who know my channel know firsthand that I would be the last person to ever advocate racism and anti-blackness. Regardless, out of context the line looks pretty bad; for the people who this may have shocked or offended I am sorry.
That being said, I do ask that you please listen and read the context of the song before jumping immediately to conclusions. I hope the explanation of the song’s lyrics and metaphor clears things up.

@Team light Productions The point of Mettaton dying in one hit is for 2 reasons, 1 being Alphys didn't finish the neo robot, explaining Mettaon still being 1 shot in an aborted genocide route, and in genocide the player is already so powerful that anything they attack is instantly destroyed, regardless of HP or defense.
@Team light Productions In a full genocide route, which is the assumption behind the Mettatton NEO fight (which isn't actually official, though apparently something they planned on but cut), everything dies in one hit. You are incredibly powerful, and the only way to fight you at all is to avoid being hit even once.
Hence why Mettatton NEO drags on his turn so long trying not to let you have one, and a large part of why Sans has such long turns and also dodges.
So, one shot kill on the genocide route doesn't really say anything about their defense.

There’s been loads of voices for spamton over the last few weeks, and although everyone has a similar style they all do it so differently. I think for Snowgrave this is definitely the best I’ve seen. You give a great exploration of this Spamton, since instead of the manipulative puppet in the normal route who wants to break free. Here he’s tricked himself into believing he’s got freedom, and now is going after his final opposition and only loose end. The choice to give him a more scratchy and puppet like style over a robotic/gameshow voice like most definitely sells the insanity and fracturing, since he’s not in that presentable mindset, he’s completely broken.
Also the pop culture references are surprisingly refreshing. Of course he would know memes, he’s ironically the only one in the cyber world who can seemingly pull from the internet during its outage
That "go ahead and scream" line reminded me of what I sort of imagine susie to sound like and it really felt like spamton was trying to rub it in my face.

It's literally spamton telling kris to give up, because they used their friends, and noelle to basically kill all the darkners. I swear to God this part is actually almost scary to play, you have no items or TP left to heal, he's using a fast attack that can be hard to dodge if you aren't careful, and you can actually die. Spamton is constently demoralizing you by telling you what horrible things you did, and in the end: You continue to use your friend noelle to murder spamton himself.
