this a bad move it's going to backfire all this is to lock you in im a existing customer im on the 25 dollar i would need to charge plan to the more expensive metro flex plan in order to get a free phone r upgrades so they want you to be on the more expensive plans this is very sneaky its a dumpster fire deal shame on metro for doing this im not switching im staying on my 25 dollar plan i dont care about a new phone r upgrade every year im good bro i will pass on this this new plans
When it comes to a discount phone plans, I jumped ship years ago from Boost to T-Mobile because they had the better deal. Now with this I'll gladly jump back to boost or even go the Cricket Wireless for a cheap bill.
I wish someone would explain this plan to me please. I was told a way different story at the store as they show online. They told me at a metro store i had to pay $100 to $130 for a so called free phone with their metro flex
Did you go into an official Metro store or an authorized reseller? Resellers don't always follow the rules. You might be better off buying the device online because these stores are never up to date on these promotions.
If you find it hard to budget for your Amazon Prime membership which currently is $119/year I could see the $70 plan MAYBE working out but if you don't have good T-Mobile coverage it's not worth it. Not toemtion they probably don't support cellular smart watches.
It is when you don't need that and you pay $25 and you've been a customer for 10 years. And to get a new phone you have to get a flex plan with a station when you don't even speak Spanish.
I don't mind paying more for a better network experience and to expect network improvements. I however have a problem paying more if that extra money is simply going straight into the investor pocket. I will pay more for a better network so screw the investors
Well, they only raised it on one plan; actually, they removed the $40 unlimited plan and made it $40 10GB, which is a huge letdown to many customers. The $70 plan is a new, supposedly premium plan, but yes, Metro is changing for sure...
@@MONKEYCORP2019 I spoke to a rep and they said they would switch the line to the unlimited $25 plan. If you call the customer service number it looks they will still switch you over.

What the hell it’s more expensive now

Is Tmobile still gonna buy UScellular 🤔
They're interested in buying some spectrum. I think a deal is closing soon between US Cellular and T-Mobile, but we'll see.

So even if you upgrade they still change your plan or do you get grandfather into your old plan
If you upgrade you'll be on a new plan.
@@randogeek how about if you bring your own device?

Do they still offer the $25 dollar plan with truly unliimited data
yea but you gotta call them and ask them to switch you to the $25 plan; they should be able to do it for you
Nope we cannot offer that anymore.
