Agree, our local site is in Calne. 40 mins up the road. Love it. Here is a tip. Dont connect caravan to car when engine is running. Electrics went mad and right indicator would not work. School boy error 😀😀

Enjoy! I like Morn Hill camp site, stayed there over night on the way to Exeter, nice trip into Winchester for dinner at the Jail house, we also stay at Salisbury Hill, for a few days as friends live near buy, great for popping into Salisbury,

Dan, great video as always but from a retired chef please put something under the chopping board when you use it to stop it sliding about, even a couple of sheets of dampened kitchen roll will make it much safer I have pieces of the cheap non slip matting from Amazon both at home and in the van. Keep up the good work and all of you enjoy your holiday.

Maybe the last there for a while as the club are spending 3.5M on improvements over the winter and into next year. Hopefully the prices don't get hiked too much. 2 cats???? we have 2 cats (6months.. house cats, only coz weve lost so many on the dule carriageway behind our house) ... who we ('I'!!!) plan to take in the caravan with us, along with our dog. Ive bought harnesses etc for them... we will be cvan newbies, not got van yet.. but would love to see a video on how you travel with your cats please. Love your vids btw.. so INSPIRING!!!!! ❤

We have stayed on this site for many years and like yourself we tend to head towards the middle tier of the site as the top site is fairly noisy due to the road. I like your BBQ, need to get one like that.
I was at Morn Hill a couple of weeks ago. Nice site and yes the top level is a bit noisy because of the road but not to bad. Never thought of taking the cats. How are they with the travel?
Great video! Any tips for caravanning with cats? We tried with ours in an old Hymer many years ago however they didn’t appreciate the lack of air conditioning. Do yours stay in the van all the time? Would love to take the van away for at least a week and having some sort of plan on how to manage with the cats would make this possible :) Hope you’re keeping well.

We were staying at Morn Hill the weekend that the Covid lockdown hit last March. We reckon they locked the gates behind us as we drove out on the Sunday.

Do You let the cats out of the Caravan? Or do they just stay in? I ask, because we're not sure if we would take ours to a site, because he does his business outdoors, and I would be afraid of winding dog owners up!
Editing is a great thing - between me stroking 2 cats and setting up the tripod to film the cutting scene, i popped outside spent 15 mins chatting, then went to the loo washed my hands, wiped my feet, then came back, then looked on my phone then WASHED MY HANDS in the washroom, then pressed record, then started cutting.....

You can, but will need to buy the appropriate adaptors, assuming your caravan has an outdoor bbq point.
