I’ve looked at the glissando (1:43) a whole bunch of times. Was the gliss itself done with your pointer finger, followed by the thumb plucking the “destination” F?
(Just trying to get my head around anything specifically “harpish”. Ditto the little triplet ornament later on. Both would be entirely different if played on a piano, say.)

Oh, good questions! The gliss was done with my pointer finger and then I plucked the final note with the same finger as the end of the gliss, rather than with my thumb.
The triplet ornament is a little more difficult to describe, I did that as a thumb slide!
