Putting in horizontal track. Never even seen it done before. This is exactly the information I needed. Thanks from Abbotsford BC, Canada

Thank you for your trouble. As others have said your presentation is clear, understandable, helpful etc. Yesterday I dug around TH-cam and found enough of what I needed to get the tracks moved enough such that the rollers don't slam into the carriage bolts hold the rails to the 90 degree brackets. Also ground the bolt heads down. Though garage door systems have a lot of slop and tolerance; when installed by amateurs it can "go off the rails." With your help I feel armed to look for the original misalignments for the underlying the problem. Oh, the interim solution was to bend the 90 degree bracket maybe 1/4 inch.

Thanks for the video, been fighting a miss aligned garage door. This looks exactly what I’ve been looking for. It now rattles , shakes and squeaks. Hope to get it aligned so it quietly closes. again.

Checking square, measure corner to corner, each measurement should be within 1/8” if its square. Your measurements of 9-3/4” will stay the same even if you’re out of square because you’re measuring a parallelogram

nice work keeping the door evenly spaced. whoever installed my door has huge space on one side and on the other side, the door is rubbing against the track

Look at the left back track the way it’s curved bent at the back.

Hi. I’m puzzled by the way you mounts the left side hang mount twisting the rail? And what about drying walling issue? Thanks.
