I don't know if your are aware of some peptides that can help recovery e.g. BPC 157 and tb 500 also in the intial stages of rehab when you don't have that much movement isometrics are good for getting the strength and slowly range back without moving the joint
Thanks dude! I’ll certainly look into this - much appreciated! Got a really good physio with decades of experience with athletes, I’ll definitely run this by him next week. So far, he did wonders with my shoulder. Way ahead of where the doctors said I’d be :)
It might depend on the injuries and surgery you've had (3 snapped cuffs and a bone to fix) but the first 4 weeks were a total write-off for me. I think my first proper full night's sleep was after 2 months. It's a combination of pain, making sure you take your meds (in my case they were just taking the edge off to be fair) and sleeping position that ultimately sucks. One of my friends was fine with her sleeping after 2-3 weeks with 1 cuff done. I'd get a comfy recliner chair next time (fingers crossed there won't be next time but hell knows 😂). On the flip side playing games being semi-lucid is a next-level experience 😂 I'll drop another vid on the recovery as I'm 5 months in and it's a slow burn. Good luck dude!
They put you under, you only remember the chat before going into the surgery and it feels like you’ve blinked and you’re done. Don’t stress about it - it’s pretty smooth. It wears off few hours after the surgery so if they’ll send you home make sure to start taking strong pain meds straight away. Took me forever to bring the pain down after it woke me up in middle of the night.
@JakeOski it wasn't bad at all. I was up when they did it.. the only thing that hurt was the iv cause they busted 3 times on me. I was in my room for 6 hours until they finally got me
Dude, it was the only thing that got me through the first few months, yeah no probs playing PS5 in splint, just keep your shoulder immobilised but flexing wrist to play is a fair game. I've asked that question straight after surgery 😂 Just with the amount of meds I've had the most freaky and immersive Cyberpunk 2077 experience ever 🤣 Good luck mate!
Oh man! Glad you are recovered. Great tips. 👍
Straight-forward and to the point. Excellent editing! Stay well❤
Thanks! Still long way to go :)

You get any sleep deprived after surgery? If yes how many weeks out? Just curious.

Nerve block. I'm more worried about that then anything else. Was it as bad as everyone says it is. Did you get it when you was asleep or was you up??

Can you play PS5 after surgery I'm getting my surgery on my shoulder next month after 2 years of waiting

This sucks. Not the video. Lol
This recovery.
It's shit! I'm 4 months after the surgery and it's still a very long way to go. I'm throwing everything I can at it though!
