There is no actual measurement.. it's all depend on the pattern u want it to form

Why are u not cutting the down part of the kaftan where the waistline ends pls
This is to allow the side folding on the down part to wide.

1. Why didn't you apply waist measurement on the waist line while drafting the front panel and you did only applied it on the back panel?
2. You did reduced five inches and added five inches while slanting the waist region on the front panel, while on the back panel you added some inches, what inches did you add?
I applied it from the crotch and add hip and sewing allowance on it then rule it up.. the waist will be accurate bcus I will sew the zipper area and also have reduce it on pocket side.. I should have confirmed it for people to see but bcus i forgot that ..
The second one, what I add and remove from front panel is 0.5 and this is to make it align with human waist shape.. bcus our front waist line isn't straight.. then the back need to be high bcus of bottom..

I enjoyed ur tutorials but when it got to the sleeve cutting you did your own thing by not carring us along. I mean how did you get the measurement for the bottom part of the sleeve and you did a slight which we don’t know the length u took, you just started cutting.😢
