Amen. My NAMS gyno just started me on birth control as I still get periods but my estrogen is so low. It is helping after 5 weeks with night sweats, depression, fatigue, muscle pain, joint stiffness, headaches, chills, worse anxiety, worse ADHD, constipation etc. Dr. Marie Claire Haver on YT has taught me so much. If you google a reputable university like Harvard or John Hopkins, Mayo Clinic they barely say a thing about menopause symptoms yet you google “low estrogen + ( )” and add your symptom to check those SAME bloody sites have published studies showing a correlation with brain inflammation or heart palpitations etc!? Then why the F is that not on their page about menopause? WTF? We women are being gaslit. Most gyno colleges do not have ANY education given in 1/3 of our life for the female reproductive system!? Are you kidding rn? NAMS is North American Menopause Society. Gyno can get on list by taking extra education. In central Florida areas there are a whopping ELEVEN on the list! My last gyno of 30 yrs refused me any treatment! She offered a hysterectomy for her solution?! My husband has been a saint this last year as it suddenly changed our lives. If men went through it there would be better treatments. Even when their testosterone drops it’s still in the normal range when they are elderly?!

@@chiarra644 They have subtitles on almost all games to accommodate deaf or hard of hearing people. You can also get hearing aids too.

Yeah, my favorite part is the beginning. You have that minute of joy of not being pregnant, and that’s your only happy moment during that period. Then cramps hit, emotions go stupid, and everyone turns stupid around you. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy being menopausal.
