He said at least CD quality, which is 16 bit 44.1k. But the minimum standard for film or DVD is 48kHz-24bit. Minimum studio standard, for recording, mixing, and mastering is 24bit-44.1kHz.
Good advice, but this doesn't cover much for us orchestra music composers. I don't sing nor record vocals, nor Pop, Rock, etc. Only interested in doing orchestra music for film and TV.

Yes additional ISRC is needed for instrumentals. I don’t think for stems tho. Unless they’re being released as a single or something.
