besides, she's not gonna tell you anything you don't already know. Eat healthy, drink water, sleep well, exercise. It's not easy, but it's the only way.
Not only would that be irresponsible it's a very personal subject and something very few people feel comfortable talking about losing weigh is exercise and a balanced diet nothing you shouldn't already know
