  • There are three key reasons why Ivy Rehab team members join and stick with the Ivy Rehab team: 1) growth opportunities, 2) practice autonomy, and 3) family-driven culture.
Ivy Rehab provides exceptional growth opportunities for our team members. Many physical therapy students who began with us have gone on to run their own clinics and even become regional directors overseeing many clinics. Not only do we encourage personal growth, we have a wide array of training to help you along the way.
Ivy University is a free series of courses offered to team members who want to move into leadership positions or are facing a strategic business challenge. Ivy University participants may be administrative or clinical, understanding that this program will be a challenging environment for all involved. Team members participating in Ivy University will explore changes in the healthcare environment in order to understand all aspects of business operations in the physical therapy industry.
All of our clinicians are dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development. Each physical therapist at Ivy Rehab is a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with multiple clinical affiliations. Every clinician is required to attain 25 contact hours of continuing education per year, significantly more than the minimum requirement of each state we serve.
Ivy Rehab has partnered with Arcadia University to provide the area's only APTA-supported Orthopedic Residency Program. This program allows residents to enhance their professional development and advance their orthopedic knowledge and clinical skills through a formal mentorship program under the guidance of Board Certified Orthopedic Specialists (OCS). The Ivy Rehab residents also have the benefit of taking classes and collaborating with other residents through Arcadia University. The goal of the residency program is to achieve the OCS certification while focusing on elevating the effectiveness and efficiency of care for all patients.
