Another one that can't get the lyrics right. It's "She got the Mercedes bends", not Mercedes Benz. It's not the car she's got (though she likely got that as well), but a sickness akin to the bends (decompression sickness) but for luxury / money / decadence - hence the reference to the Mercedes. It's a clever play on words that happens to rhyme perfectly and also sound similar to the actual car brand.
