11:18 So what happened here is a funny quirk in the dealer's code. Because of the way the dealer is coded to use items, he will sometimes use a magnifying glass, then a beer. Which results in him _thinking_ he still knows what's in the chamber, even though he got rid of the shell he saw. This can result in what we see here, where the dealer thinks that the blank round he just ejected is still in the chamber, and he shoots himself in the face.
