Heavenly Father, we cast all of our worries, fears and burdens upon You for You will sustain us and give us rest. We give You our yokes and learn from You because You are gentle and humble in heart. You will give our souls rest for Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light. You will give us a perfect peace that surpasses all understanding when we keep our minds stayed on thee. Lord whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, help us to think about such things. Let us deny ourselves as we take up the cross and follow You Lord Jesus. Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling and to present us faultless before His throne with exceedingly glory, to the only wise God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.

May he enable you to cast your worries on him as we are set through trials for the refining of our faith. We invite the troubles that comes from our faith; not in pride or self-righteousness, but in seeking to glorify you in all things and boast even in our weaknesses. Heal us and we will be made pure. Restore us and we will be made free. In you God we walk the walk of faith and not of sight today to eternity. In Jesus name Amen.
It's like when "GOD" told Lot and he's family to leave Sodom and Gomorrah..He told them don't look back..What happened to his wife? Turned to Salt.. So if you look back you invite all your bad stuff to resurface...
