This is exactly what i need. A small tool where monitorizing my project, using two channels and XY function. A small curve trazer where the sinus wave is emulated by opamps to remove the TRF and use batteries to be a portable tool on a 0.7KHz wave forms....
This is amazing! I'm building this for sure. I just have 3 questions: 1- what is the maximum voltage input? 2- do you have a instructables page for this project? 3- do you have any project for the xy mode only, and no other features? Thanks again!
1. Maximum voltage is 100V (Input capacitors). 2. My English is not very well, so...dont have any yet. 3. I'm working on some another project like LCR meter. Thanks for your conern!😊
I'm impressed you got the Shrooms oscilloscope music working on your cheap homemade scope , the animations look very cool on your device! That's surprising detailed rendering for the low bandwidth, I had thought the scope needed to be sampling well over the audio range to pick up the XY coords Have you tried any more of the 'Jerobeam Fenderson' music animations? Would be lovely to see you post some more 🙂
If I chose a lower time base (mean higher speed ADC), then all pixels line up. But if I chose a higher time base, it will look like a dots picture. 20us will show more detail but it is not show all picture (need more depth of buffer). Imagine you draw a picture with 2048 dots.
@@buivanan2206 Your english is just fine you make perfect sense 😉. I had been experimenting with different sample rates and buffer depths, I'll upload the video soon I would like to show you . For ease of development I used micropython on a super fast Teensy4.0, I can try different methods and settings without constant re-flashing. I was surprised to see how well it performed 😁 I did look through your firmware for code comparison, I'll try it on a bluepill soon. I understand your code is doing a lot more than just plotting the analogue signals , like the menu and triggers and measuring frequencies 👍
