He did write the concerto to accompany a set of poems he wrote for each season. The first movement of _Winter_ is to be trapped in a snowstorm, the second is to be indoors with a fire while it thunderstorms outside, and the third is to be carefully trying to walk slowly without slipping on the ice before falling and rushing indoors, as (quote) _"winds rush through the home despite the locked and bolted doors"._
It's so amazing! You can find so many emotions in classical music, and you can express those emotions in different ways. It's crazy cool how Vivaldi can make you feel the four seasons! It's so miraculous!
Finally! The cello gets some recognition. All orchestra instruments are important, not just the violin. The cello and bass bring the songs to the next dimension! Just because you play the melody doesn't mean you are the most important. Everyone is equal. Thanks, Luka, for showing eveyron!
