Is this CHEAP saw better than SILKY?

I absolutely love these sheathed pruning saws. They're really handy for when you want one handed operation when you're climbing a tree. They're fairly portable and you can carry one with you for forestry or bushcraft but I've mainly used mine in a garden setting.
This Samurai Icheban GC-300-LH is incredible and easily one of the best value pieces of garden equipment I've bought. The folding saw is also really great and very useful as a portable piece of equipment. If you maintain walking routes or trails its great for throwing into a backpack.

That blade on the cheaper one will rust alot quicker than the silky
