As a raiden main I just wana say thank you😂 I was skeptical about the cyrax cameo with him I mostly use Jax for the damage he brings. Just seeing the chip damage and the combo routes you and take using ground spark and cyrax is impressive.

I’m tired of seeing comments say nerf this character nerf that character. You suck just get better it’s not the characters it’s you. More importantly stop judging characters off what pro players can do with them it’s levels to this.
Well Sonic has very fast reactions like ninjakilla and Dragon but most players at a high level used Throw OS, Fuzzy Guard and AA conversions to deal with 90% of anything that comes at you. Throw OS allows you to time ducking then stand/low blocking in a specific timing that allows you to cover a characters overhead/Throw/high starter and lows if you set it up that way. Practicing this means you do one reaction to all those options and it blows up all 4 options. Fuzzy Guard is blocking low then overhead or vice versa depending on matchup but doing it in a specific timing. If their overhead comes out at 18 frames and low comes out at 15 frames then you know low will always hit first so you practice blocking low then overhead and you cover that characters 50/50 options all with one type of block. This is how these top players block damn near everything. Sonic though is ridiculous fast on reaction and labs up crazy shit on characters and just uses them different than what's known as the "best way" to use a character and he usually changes the meta and tier lists

Fair play to the enemy. I think they did really well. I’m learning Kung Lao at the moment so it’s nice to learn things from what this guy is doing. To even get a round off of Sonic when he’s using the most OP character in the game is genuinely impressive. He’s doing some nice setups with Lao

Honestly while I agree with you sub can be sleept on a bit and can hold it own somewhat he ultimately just feels like he doesn’t have enough in the bag to feel really threatening as he is basically chained to like two combos not to mention only two specials are pure offensive with one pushing the enemy back so it’s not great in combos only as a finish well three since there is his air special which isn’t terrible but still also the fact that there is 2 kameos who can also freeze removes a lot of what gave him a unique advantage since usually maybe like 1 other character at most could also freeze but now technically speaking every character can freeeze
Find it odd how people can criticize a pro and while they maybe a high rank online might not have any tournament experience whatsoever. Of course it isn't a lot of people doing this sort of criticism but for those who do it I encourage them to get in a tournament to show us how you fare.
