Same, I look at, think of, or smell a lot of foods and I'm like yuck. I can eat some foods that don't have strong tastes or smells then I lose my appetite...Hopefully it gets better after my 1st trimester...
I really appreciate these kind of videos. My wife is newly pregnant and I'm freaking out about her getting her nutrition and what that actually looks like for pregnancy, I've been looking at books and videos a lot for recipes that she would enjoy and would nourish her and the baby.
I have been eating scrambled egg since I fell pregnant I am 36 weeks pregnant and still enjoying it. It's the only constant since I fell pregnant I struggle with food and can hardly eat or keep food down.
You are so lucky you are eating like a normal person. I couldn't stomach anything BUT cottage cheese, pudding, toast, cereal and drinking milk. I could never ever eat salad or meat or orange juice 🤮 how did you not get acid reflux ? You are amazing I wish my pregnancy was like this
Oh no, I’m so sorry! Hoping you feel better soon! I’m currently in my 20th week of pregnancy, and I actually just started getting heartburn/acid reflux during my 19th week. So it’s not as easy anymore and I have to be more thoughtful of acidic foods that I eat. And trust me, pregnancy has not been a breeze for me. If you’ve watched my pregnancy update videos I’ve had some not so fun symptoms, so we are all on the struggle bus. Hang in there, you got this mama ❤️
I’m 12 weeks and so far I have lost 5-6 lbs ! It’s horrible .. bath to the ER I go for dehydration.. I thought by 12 weeks it would get better but it hasn’t .., I literally feel like I’m dying.
I wish I could eat like you during my pregnancy. Contrary to most people I find that I get full really fast and I don't have the habit of eating many small meals. However I consume enough dairy and I eat as healthy possible.
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that! I know each mama and pregnancy is different so all that matters is that your trying your best! Hoping things get easier for you! ❤️
I wish I could eat atleast half of your diet. So glad how you have followed such a healthy regime. I am in my early weeks of pregnancy and have developed aversion for almost all the food that I used to love. The thought of food gives me nausea..I hope to come out of it soon. Much love to you and your baby 🥰
You are essentially my spirit animal. Girl when you pulled them McCormick grinders I was like "yeah I like her" then you did the avocado toast with the egg and I told myself "ask her where she lives" and then sis you went ahead and did the pregnancy tea with the tuna and Honey I just asked hubby to make that for me. We have to be friends teach me your ways
Great video love all the food choices just a heads up try to remember to always wash your fruit or veggies sometime they have little dirt in them . But over all loved the video thanks for sharing !
Congratulations and am amazed by your energy, cleanliness and receipts. Also just wanted to inform during pregnancy it's recommended to avoid pineapple as it can cause uterine contractions.
Hey Debra! Pineapple is actually a safe and healthy fruit to eat during pregnancy. There is actually no scientific evidence to support a normal serving of pineapple being dangerous in any way during pregnancy 😊
Hey Zahra , Sitting on an exercise ball when pregnant is totally safe! It works your core muscles, encourages better posture and helps to take the weight of carrying a baby 😊
I'm making tea in my Mrs. Potts and Chip tea set from Beauty and the Beast. that my Mom gave me. I am in love. It just made me so happy. I have been wanting one forever and everything has been so hard and stressful lately it just brought me so much joy. I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant!
Hey question! I’m currently 4 weeks along and I find myself struggling to sleep at night and so I sleep mostly during the day but I feel like that isn’t healthy for my baby :( when I stay up I get such bad hunger pains and I feel like eating at night isn’t that healthy either. My question is, what helps you sleep while pregnant? What’s you’re routine if you have one? Thank you! I loved this video, also helped me get an idea of what I can and will eat because I love all of this!
So glad it was helpful! Sorry to hear you are having trouble sleeping! There is this magnesium supplement called “calm” that you out in water and I think it helped me sleep!
I been craving pineapple but I read it wasn’t good during pregnancy Im in my first trimester found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and it’s my first baby, I’m clueless to what I can cook lol seeing your video helped
I work in insurance- I’m a trainer. I only started working from home since the pandemic in March of 2020, but I will actually be starting to go back in the office soon.
God! I need to eat more! I’m really struggling to eat! I’m always nauseous xx I’m only 6 weeks! Trying snack on fruit and nuts but struggling to eat full meals x
Hi Devyn! I discovered your channel because I am currently expecting and am always on the lookout for food inspo. I hope it's okay to ask this, but what is your career? I know you said you work from home, and now that my husband and I are expecting, I have been praying for an opportunity to work from home so I can be home with our baby. I'd love to hear about your experience if you wouldn't mind sharing. :) Thanks in advance!
Hi Sunny! Congratulations to you and your husband, that is so exciting! 😊 And I was a claims trainer for an insurance company! I was so thankful to be working from home but once baby arrived I decided to become a stay at home mom full time! It’s so much work but so rewarding! Wishing you the best ❤️
I am 8 weeks & barely eat anything. What has helped me is drinking smoothies in the morning. I hope it goes away soon so I can enjoy eating again. I don’t know how you are drinking water I can’t right now. It makes me gag every time I take a sip. 🤮 That bagel with that avocado looks very good & that tuna salad. Make more videos plz & thanks for the video god bless you & ur lil one. 🥰🙏🏼
A normal serving of pineapple during pregnancy is completely safe and provides healthy minerals and vitamin c. But of course you can check with your doctor ☺️
I’m 12 weeks 4 days pregnant 🤰🏻 literally so sick 😷 I’ve lost 6lbs so far … doctor warns me to go to the ER again for dehydration! I only wish I could eat half of that.
Small amount of lower mercury tuna is normally ok- my doctor actually recommended it- but just 1 serving of chunk white tuna a couple times a week- good omegas and protein! 😊

Im asking because I'm pregnant and just really scared of all the mixed information that we find in internet. Would appreciate any information to not feel so scared all the time.
It can definitely be overwhelming and scary for sure? I always recommend going with what your OB says. My OB says it was good to have chunk light white tuna a couple times a week. And I normally wash my vegetables but totally forgot to here since I got carried away with filming so I do recommend washing all fruits and veggies 😊 and congratulations 💕
My OB said you really don't have to worry about anything except food from street vendors in other countries. Lol, and maybe avoid raw fish. Other than that though I tried to eat fairly healthy, but ate anything I wanted from fish to lunch meat to pineapple. Had a healthy now 18month old boy. Zero issues - no need to over worry about stuff. Just try to eat healthy as you can. In the first trimester up to 14-16 weeks I can pretty much only get carbs down though from sickness
Oh wow, that's why I always gain so much during pregnancy. Half a pear, one slice of bread, third of an apple... I'm not really overweight I think (also not thin, but normal weight), but those amounts could never satisfy me. I would eat at least three of those bagels at one sitting...
I feel like because I’m eating every 2 hours I’m always satisfied. If I only ate like 3 meals my portions would be a lot larger. And I definitely had a lot larger of an appetite as the pregnancy went on too lol. Either way - eat however feels right for you during pregnancy! :)
This all looks so delicious, I wish I could eat this much. What do you do for work? Would love to be able to work from home. 7-3:30 is awesome hours. Is your company hiring?

I just have one cup of red raspberry leaf tea (great for uterus health) and pineapple every now and then (in moderation completely healthy and nutritious during pregnancy) - both approved by my OB, but of course you check with yours :)
