    Hello, I am using your Enes products and I am very satisfied. I would like to enjoy your videos, but there are no Turkish subtitles. If you add this, it would be a nice gesture for your followers in Turkey. Best regards.

    I live in Nicaragua so it's difficult to source things for preparation. I use paint stripper, I made a blasting cabinet out of a 55 gallon drum. Only blasting media available is regular old sand so I do a lot of de gassing. What is the best thing to wipe down the parts with after de gassing? Would any etching compounds work for powder coating? Prep is my biggest issue.

      So great to hear from you. Acetone, is extremely effective and evaporates quickly - Isopropyl alcohol can be used as well. But, use a scotch brite pad with both of these methods. Now as far as etching compound question, it really depends on the metal you are working with. It could leave a residue. An etched surface is better than nothing, but not as good as sand blasting. We are very impressed over here with your perseverance and fortitude. You made your own blasting cabinet even! Good luck on your journey. We are here to help!

    Is it possible to dry and reuse powder coating powder that has gotten wet from water accidentally falling on it?

      We would not recommend it. While it could "dry" completely most water will have some kind of mineral and chemical content and it's hard to say what those contaminants could do, because they will be left behind when the water dries.

    how long do i put my part in the over after i clear coat

      Good question, it will depend the clear coat that you are using, since each coating will have it's own cure schedule. Make sure you follow the cure schedule for that clear. For example if you are using Clear Vision (which states 18 mins @ 375 F) you would cure for 18 minutes once your part reaches 375 degrees.

    Do you outgas before or after sandblasting

      @PrismaticPowders  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The best practice is to do it before, but that doesn't mean you cant do it after. The reason for this is that the process of outgassing can also bring oils to the surface which you'll need to remove before coating. It just makes for a simpler process.

      In short, no, we do not yet have a line of UV cure powders.
