I love Morbid Angel and I love Steve Tucker no matter what, but I was actually really disappointed and actually pretty pissed that they didn't play any songs off Altars of Madness when I saw them just a couple weeks ago. One of the main reasons I went in the first place was to hear songs off that album, namely this one. I dunno, does Steve perhaps have a policy of not playing any David Vincent era songs? That would seem kinda odd since that album cemented MA as one of the most influential death metal bands.
No, Steve doesn't have any policy like that...,the reason why MA didn't play any of songs off Altars last year or this year so far, is simply because MA played songs from A-D on every single tour from around 2005-2014, and only played a few songs from F-H in 2013-2014..,it wasn't about not wanting to play the older songs, it was just about wanting to play a lot of songs that hadn't been played live in more than a decade, and some that had never been played live before. They will start playing some A-D songs on tour again soon.

I had a very s***y copy of a copy of copy of "Scream Forth Blasphemies" demo back in the days. I had almost forgotten Morbid Angel when I just found this. From 2:27 I wish the whole band would have joined. They would have been a perfect choir of ghouls, I imagine.
