But I have to acknowledge you are not biased and judgemental about the place. May God preserve you and your family.
I have been there during my military days. People need to understand that no matter where you live and what culture and religion you are most of us just want to live our lives peacefully. We all want the same thing, water, food, shelter and freedom.
I found this video amazing, and funny. Kabul-Kandahar highway was one of the most dangerous highways in Afghanistan and Asia. If you were a government worker, foreigner or a man with jeans, you wouldn’t be able to go further than the Bus stop “COMPANY”. It’s amazing how you were able travel through that road, make a pet stop and walk out. Also, funny seeing you walking down the streets of Kandahar and greeting with Kandaharis. Time changes. Thanks for the hard work you do Emma. I will also appreciate your thoughts on current situation of Afghanistan, apart from economical issues.

You are so brave for risking something like this and going there, our people are kind and sweet but suffered a lot and tired of their life we are the generation that aren’t allowed to study and the generation that doesn’t even have any future, taliban didn’t do anything because they knew the world is gonna see this but we are the ones who lost our families, friends. Our mothers lost their children and children lost their mom, it’s so painful. They kill people by cutting their necks with knife in front of their parents. I was a child that I saw them cutting people’s neck in front of my eyes but we could run away and went to Pakistan. It’s hard but only Afghans know how it actually feels. A big thank you to all those people and countries that helped us ❤ . . . Crying and writing all these 🙃💔
