Hey guys great video and great format, you are very knowledgeable and the playing is solid. Quick tip for the camera, one of you can pull focus (and leave the camera on manual focus) while the other sits in front of the camera. My Canon T5i does this too and I had a bunch of videos with hunting like that while I was shooting videos. Worse, I shoot by myself and have no one to help with the manual focus lol. Cheers
-_- the guy on the right reminds me of the annoying shredder that always comes to the guitar shop I work and just a capella solos a bunch of steve vai nonsense without feeling. Play some freaking power chords, show off the low end of the pedals.
Got a Fulltone ‘70-BC making it’s way to me at the moment. I already have several Fulltone fuzzes: the mk1 ‘big box’ Soulbender, the Mas Malo, Octafuzz OF2 and my favourite so far The ‘69mkii (germanium equivalent to the ‘70). Fulltone make great pedals. This video helped convince me a few months ago that I needed the ‘70 too!
@@wayne2150 it’s amazing. Just a very high quality pedal in every way. The mids control is so useful for standing out in a band mix and working with different guitar pickups.

@@wayne2150 it’s well worth the little bit extra for the ‘70. If you ever get the chance, try it’s germanium powered sibling, the ‘69mkii which is also incredible and is simply awesome with a Wah, I’ll send a link to a YT video where i used it.
Great vid guys. Fuzz is definitely suited for big fat riffs, especially in the low range. Bass especially. It tends to get in the way for leads and such for me Although Eric Johnson loves them and gets great sounds with them, what do i know. Love them in Funk, Ida Nielsen especially can play inspired fuzz bass lines. Beck and the pumpkins incorporated fuzz brilliantly. Keeley has a great article on the germanium and silicon here: robertkeeley.com/2013/09/germanium-transistors/. A bunch of Black Metal bands use them, Burzum comes to mind.

Good demo. The fulltone 70's is great! Lots of fuzz, very dirty! The mini blue fuzz face is cool (maybe my next pedal)!?
