Eco Family Suite Room Tour At Sandos Caracol Eco Resort- Wait For The Amazing Surprise At The End!

Take a tour of our Eco Family Suite at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort with us! This suite has 2 separate sleeping areas... 1 for adults and one for kids. the bunk has a pull out trundle as well but we did not use it. The 5 of us were quite comfortable. There are also 2 showers and 2 separate toilet / water closets. Having the 2 separate toilets was great but the 2 showers side by side was a little weird to us... we also didn't like that the jack and Jill style bathroom didn't have a door on the adult side so when one of us showered we had to make sure none of the others went near the doorway. it just really did not make sense to us. We liked the tub on the balcony. A lot of guests mentioned not using theirs or that it didn't look clean but ours was fine and my kids loved unwinding in it after a long day of adventure so I guess it just depends on each individual family. if it doesn't look clean, politely ask housekeeping to clean it lol. I had a glorious time out on the balcony watching monkeys literally every morning! My son counted at least 15 monkeys our first morning. The ones in the video were the first of many!
To he honest, my family and I are not picky travelers. If you're picky... this is probably not the resort for you. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the little mini bar was re stocked each day as well but these are not luxury accommodations by any means. It's perfect for families who want an incredible experience on a budget and are ok with "average" accommodation and food. The animals, water park, cenote, farm and Eco activities are what we cared about most and we were not disappointed! Would I go back? absolutely. Would I recommend it for every client? no. Would this be great for the right client? Oh heck yeah!
