Everytime we visit Wells I look at this path at the back of the Bishops Palace & wonder where it goes. This is a fantastic walk. Thanks for showing us this lovely place. 😊
It's a lovely mostly level walk and Dinder is a really quaint and pretty little village. I think this point also marks the start of the walk to Glastonbury Tor if you're up for an 8 mile stroll 😃
This is a brilliant video Jesse! You had a gorgeous day for the walk! I have not explored any walks around Wells, so it was lovely to see this. I have problems following printed off guides. You did really well with those instructions.
I was clinging onto my my printed guide like my life depended on it and I still managed several wrong turnings hehe. Luckily it has a map as well which highlighted the route which made it bit easier to follow 😃
Very interesting to watch Jesse. We haven’t explored Wells at all and really must make the effort to. Thanks for showing us around this walk. Have a good week. 👍🏻🚶🏻♂️🚶♀️
Loved the video and the walk in lovely Somerset countryside. Repurposed telephone boxes are great, have a few when I've been out walking. Interesting that the lane was called Sharkham, there is a Sharkham Point the otherside of Brixham!
There's a few of the red phone boxes in Bath which have been transformed into flower displays, they look so pretty in the spring and summer. Now there's a coincidence! 🙂
What a lovely walk Jesse! I do hope to return to Wells again later this year for a full tour. This was a super idea - thank you for including a link to the walk. Yes, great to see the Tor again, which we saw on one of your earlier videos. Really enjoyed this and nice to see some sun too! Great work Jesse! Cheers, Paul
Thanks Paul, it was so nice to explore somewhere new to me. I'd love to take a walk around the city itself one day too, it looks like a wonderful place to just explore 🙂
Hello Jesse, A very nice video and this path invites you to linger and have a picnic and this small town of Wells with these, I think, castle walls are very nice to look at! The point on the horizon that you indicate with your finger in your video, could that be the landmark of Glastonbury that you can see in the distance? Many greetings from Styria, Austria 🇦🇹, Christoph 😊🤝🏰

Thanks Watto, it was so nice to explore an area which was new to me too.

@@JessesGrandDaysOut I've seen Book Swaps, Local Info Points, Museum and even one with a phone in 😂

Interesting video jesse
Thank you so much 😃
Jesse you have inspired me to go walking again... I went up the Clent Hills earlier near Kidderminster. Was a good walk but very cold
Adam
I've never been to Clent Hills but it looks like a beautiful area, did the walk warm you up once you got going? 🙂
Not really lol but I kept going for 2 and a half hours

You're right, it's the Glastonbury Tor - there are exceptional views all across the whole area from up there 😃

I can see that I definitely have to visit this Glastonbury Tor when I come to Bristol! 😊
