Sicarus fix in hotfix 37.0.4 : forums.warframe.com/topic/1418210-koumei-the-five-fates-hotfix-3704/ Damage no longer multiplying to x90, Evo 2 "Feigned Retreat" should now work properly, charges increased from 90 to 120, base damage bonus buffed on both prime and base Sicarus. with this fix i'd go either 1111 or 1213 on the sicarus, also depends of what you're fighting : Grineers and Orokin and have easy weakpoints to target. Infested, Murmurs or corpus robots weakpoints are much harder to focus and less reliable. Up to you if you wanna keep the headshot only Crit bonus or not, but here you have all the info.
The last Dera evolution "High Ground" isn't a flat modifier; it's an increase to your base, unmodded crit chance dependent on your current modded status chance. It will take your Status Chance at the moment of firing, divide that by 4, then add the result to the base 8% of the non-Incarnon form, or to the base 30% of the Incarnon form: with the caveat that the added bonus cannot exceed 35% which is attained at 140% Status Chance. Your normal mode crit is therefore capped at 129% because you are taking the base 8%, adding 35% to get 43%, and then multiplying that by 3 for the inherent +100% and +200% from Critical Delay. In Incarnon form this cap would be 195% but because this form has lower initial Status Chance you would need an exceptional amount of buffing to actually see that boost. Incarnon form needs 537% modded Status to cap the evolution bonus which is nigh impossible; the base form only needs 367% which is a lot more achievable. Galvanized Diffusion, Hammer Shot, 2 60/60s and a Status Chance riven will get you there. That still gives you a respectable 55% unmodded crit in Incarnon form. Complicated as all Hell but a nice addition to the evolution pool to give us something new to play around with. Overall loving the Dera, it's probs by favorite too.
