Congratulations Marlene! I watched the first video you put out about your weight loss and it’s amazing to see how much progress you have made. I do intermittent fasting too and it really helped me lose weight. I also added workouts with dumbbells which has made a big difference for me.
Appreciate your videos. Like the others, I too am in my 60s. Feels impossible to move the scale numbers down. You are proving it can be don. Thank you. BTW love this wig the best.

I do exactly the same in my coffee. Collagen peptides and Premier Carmel. It tastes like flavored creamer. Was also snacking on the Catalina crunch dark chocolate last night. We must be on the same wavelength lol. I'm 62 and had to switch to PSMF to continue losing after the dreaded keto stall.

Hi Jennie, thank you! Hubby tells me I'm doing great. When I cook, it's usually stir fry vegetables or a big mixed salad with fish or seafood or chicken. He prefers these meals. When he's in the mood for a burger, he'll run out and get himself one. LOL, he eats whatever I put in front of him and is pretty supportive. xoxo

Hi! I'll be perfectly honest. I dropped my first 35 pounds on the blue plan, and when they rolled out the new plan, I just continued using the app as it was and never changed it. I'm not sure if that's what I was supposed to do or not, but my points remained the same. The only difference I see is that I get additional points for vegetables, water, and walking. I rarely, if ever, use the extras. I'm just not hungry with the foods I eat. Did you notice a difference?

Way to go Marlene!!! Keep up the great job you're doing, you look like you're very comfortable in your skin. That was a very motivating video...so much so, I just joined WW for myself. I'm just trying to get familiar with it all, but had a question for you...my first day on it and I still have 10 daily points left. I finds there is a ton of food you can be eating, especially with all the 0 point foods. So is it normal to have points leftover? Was that your experience? Just thought I'd ask.
Hi Bev! Thank you so much for visiting! I hope you love WW as much as I do! Yes, I usually have points left over; I try to eat as many as zero points as I can especially for my dinner. You'll also earn points by drinking 72oz of water, eating non-starchy veggies, and exercise (I just walk). On my weigh-in day, I treat myself with some of those extra points: eating a favorite meal (pizza, pasta, ice cream, wine etc), then I just go back to staying within my daily points. There are days I only use 10 out of my 22 points and other days I use up all 22. The main thing to keep in mind is to make good choices but don't deprive yourself. Eat the foods you love. That's what I've done. I'll have a new video up soon and talk about how I've shed 100 pounds xoxo

Hi Becky, I'm 65 and I work close to 50 hours per week. As far as my husband is concerned, I told him I was starting on WW. I told him he was welcome to eat whatever I prepared. When he doesn't like what I make, he fends for himself by making himself a sandwich or heading to a fast food. I realize this may not work for everyone, but my health is more important. Honestly, I was tired of physical therapy 3x/week, constant knee pain, and being depressed. xoxo

As for how much I want to lose, I just go for a healthy BMI (and we are all different heights so number of pounds is not a goal for me).
