I'm really appreciating the recent improvements. Just to be a little critical... When the wrestler taunts you should add a crowd reaction whether cheering or booing. I noticed when Animal was taunting the crowd was dead.
I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but I feel like the announcers commentary are less frequent - if so this is a really good change. Having them say something once in a while makes it more immersive without being annoying
I fully agree. It gives off that arcade feel, like having audio pop off to get some attraction to look over, but now consistantly on that it just becomes noise.
Damn, the whip into the cage is looking badass! I hope this game will have an huge impact on steam and the other platforms. Mike and all the other talented devs did a hell of a job and made one of the best Wrestling games out there! You guys rule 🤘🏻😀
Despite my qualms with yet another delay for console launch, I do appreciate seeing something like this. Brings me back to when I played a lot of Royal Rumble on SNES.
The past few uploads are the best, tag matches look fun. Hope to get it on PS4 at release. Great job Retrosoft Team! One feedback: hope the crowd cheers during wrestler introductions.

Was hoping for the sooner launch when me and a friend had set time aside to play it. Now a paperwork issue seems to hold it up. Bummer. Still hope it does well then, but may need to come back to it later and might wait for a dropped price again if I can't grab it at the reserve price.
Can we get a small animation for the ropes shaking when someone is slammed onto the mat? Looks odd seeing the ring completely stiff when someone is suplexed/body slammed.
lol I like that sitdown powerbomb at 4:43 I wasn't expecting that. It would be so cool if you could get someone like Sid in the game with a release powerbomb. I also like that running powerslam from Animal. Very nice looking. The game looks good, you guys did a great job.

Definitely! After waiting decades to perform it, slowing it down would make the move more enjoyable for me. I’m surprised that they didn’t put the move like it was in the original game. Having said that, I’m looking forward to playing it!

We thought about that, but does not really make sense on a console. We changed it so going outside the ring will gain some health back and if you eliminate someone in the rumble you gain some health back as well
it would be great to hold the joy stick so you character runs around the ring for a victory pose after pinning your oponent similar to how mario runs around after you win a point in mario tennis
This game looks great and really look forward to playing it - I played the original in the arcade as a kid... The only thing that gets me, and I may just be picking, but I think a pixel style hud would look a whole lot better, keeping it with that arcadey feel...
Certification process going to be making the game late for consoles by 2 weeks eh? I'd kinda like to know what slipped up that it couldn't be handled. Though I have a strong gaming rig, it's terribly crashy and unstable thanks to Digital Storm, a crappy PC builder, and being that this game doesn't, or shouldn't, need much power to run, I want to get it on console instead. Me and at least one other friend were looking to have a get together to play this on launch but I think it's going to have to wait now, perhaps longer than a mere 2 weeks. Still hope the game turns out good, but I might have to wait and see and then might have to wait a bit longer for a good sale.

i would delete this game almost instantly with the difficulty. Winning the lock up only to have the opponent reverse into a piledriver and 1 punch from the Blue Meanie caused more damage than a clothesline from Animal.
ive said this before but you need a Create-A-Wrestler mode because im not a big fan of 90% of the roster you have and it feels kinda weak and lackluster, i wish you guys would of just made parodys of wrestlers that people could recognize.
Here's hoping they have the no mercy control scheme. No wrestling game has been able to get that sense. I don't know why. It's not rocket science. Have the control scheme of the greatest wrestling video game of all time. That's what I would do if I was making a video game.
@@rowdyjohnnada952 that control scheme suck balls. Anytime you got close to somebody you automatically locked up. You can only attempt certain moves at certain times. How hard is it for people to understand? No mercy had crappy Graphics. It's the greatest wrestling game of all time because of the control. even aew is talking about no mercy controls. Why was this Joker so slow he couldn't do it?

@@rowdyjohnnada952 in the fire pro wrestling controls were terrible. You stood close to a guy and you automatically locked up. It's like a bunch of button combinations to do moves. That's similar to the WWF Attitude video game. If tomorrow morning every wrestling game developers said I get it let's make our controls like the best wrestling game in history. They would sell like hotcakes.
Overrated, wrestlefest has a more wrestling feeling/ atmosphere than this and its a 30 years old game... at least add more wrestlers... HeLL, Before you could use the metal stairs as a weapon add a more technical or flying guy who uses the ropes, a jericho / benoit / tazz clone I guess the Japanese do everything better

Is the NWA Tag Titles still in the game, and was it the HOH TV title, I just haven’t heard anything about it lately?
We have a free update planned to add the tag titles. We had to cut that for initial release. But they will definitely make it in post launch.
