I have a CVE28DP4NBW2, and when the delivery happened the guys didn't put the freezer drawer bolts back on, so I can just pull the bottom out, up and off. I've had GE send me WR02X31885 screws over and over, the screws are too small. Anyone know what part they are? In this video, its the screws at the 7 minute mark.
If anyone is experiencing water leakage from the freezer compartment, check the drain tube. The tube on my brand new unit was completely blocked with a 2 inch peice of foam insulation, from the factory . The tube can be accessed from the rear of the refrigerator and does not have a restrictor end on it ,like older units had.
Insure the bottom inside of the freezer is level using a hand held level will do and the freezer door will slide shut I know i just did and am happy as a bird
Just ordered this! Question: on the Cafe website, there's a back grille in the photo that goes in front of the back LED panel. I don't see it in accessories. How do I get this? It looks great.
Is this so the door won't hit a wall? I suggest getting some arbor tape. Or the foam tape for sealing windows in the winter. Put it on the wall where the door will make contact. Simple, cheap.
Thank God this video isn't about purchasing the Cafe side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser! We purchased our $9,000 refrigerator frorm AITORO in July 2020 (now I see it has gone up to 11K!!!! and ONE YEAR later the ice maker had to be replaced. And NOW the Ice make doesn't work (yes, we tried ALL of the troubleshooting steps) a service guy is coming and we are not under warranty any longer. AITORO, you shouldn't even be selling this product until it improves. There are MANY complaints on this model. Read teh reviews!

We just had the unit installed yesterday and we removed the pizza drawer but aren’t able to insert it back into the freezer. Can anyone provide us with clear directions on how to install the pizza drawer?
Our convertible drawer does have electric as the temp control is on the top of the drawer door. I can not find how to remove the electric and therefore can't remove the drawer to bring it in the house. Has anyone else delt with this?

If you haven't already done so, please try disconnecting power for a minute or two before restoring. This will often reset the internal circuitry. Please let us know if further assistance is needed. Let me get this straight you are going to charge someone a Crap-Ton of money and cheap out giving them a 1/4 inche Outer Diameter compression nut and ferrule, and the required GE WATER SUPPLY KIT., as well as, a 1/8', 3/16 and 14 allen wrench. It says the 1/8 is included. Gee thanks for one third of the required allen wrenches. The rest of those tools not included is acceptable. So sad someone like me, a real customer who unlike most housewives and people who want this fridge but won't actually do the real work to install it feel about not including these simple tools that you SHOULD INCLUDE.
It's not that difficult to install...get a grip. Companies know women are the buyers of most stuff in homes. Why would they market to a husband who usually says no.
Very loud and constant humming..read all the reviews!! I can hear it upstairs in our bedroom with the door closed. Very disappointed! Don't buy this one!

Dip the back down inserting hook into holder lower pizza drawer into place installing screws to hold in place

Every evaporator fan i find for my model looks different. Making alot of noise!

Our evaporator fan freezes up I think. It was changed once but loud again if I use ice maker.
Ice builds up getting into fan .take cover off and let ice thaw out then put cover back on and it will run quite . thaw icebox ever so often
Its a kitchen aid. Stay away!
