That fangame is literally the most canon I've ever seen anyone make Sans. He's not like "FUCK YOU YOU KILLED MY BROTHER BURN IN HELL" but he's meant to be more laid-back. That's probably just the exact thing that you said, but I still believe in the fact that Sans isn't supposed to be this overly pissed off skeleton who wants to rip you to shreds for killing everyone he loves. It's like what he said in his fight dialogue, he just can't afford not to care anymore
