Great video! I’ve been in this style of therapy for years. It’s worth every cent. I’m still amazed how I can go to therapy and feel the tears come up so quickly although I wasn’t even sad. It really does access your unconscious self which is so necessary.

You said that there is olanzapine associated rem sleep behavior but i couldn't find any study regarding it, could you help me find it?
What i find instead is that, some people get rbd from quetiapine but it s gone after stopping it

Yes case reports are present of quetiapine. For olanzapine it is sombabulism. It's mechanism that tells us its possible. As the profile of quetiapine and olanzapine is similar.

I used to have social anxiety disorder and i did exposure therapy it cured my social phobia. But why is my doctor prescribe me olanzapine? The story goes like this: she prescribe me olanzapine. After that i don't know what miracle happened there, i just found out exposure therapy. The next day i Was initiating a conversation to an attractive girl (that is an exposure therapy). And it cured my social anxiety disorder. Why did she prescribe olanzapine? Was she making a disastrous mistake or am i misunderstood here?

So my doctor quit my sertraline 50mg cold Turkey. Since that i have heightened sense of anxiety. Any stress stimuli is an anxiety. Things that i don't feel anxious about now gives me anxiety. Like your brain is fucked up that your brain gives anxiety to any negative things like for example : my friends see a babbling person in a negative way. I actually used to dont give any fuck about it, but this time with sertraline cold Turkey approach, when i realized that my friends hate that shit. It gives me anxiety. Literally anything is giving me anxiety due to cold Turkey of sertraline. My question, Will this ever stop? I mean it's withdrawal. Should i reinstate? It's been 1 years. Nothing happened. Please just tell me what you know about Will this ever stop, i won't take yours as a medical advice

Focus away as in? Trying not to respond? I was put on the spot so was obviously nervous 😊. A good show of what happens when the unconscious is shaken up a bit

@@PsychiatrySimplified Precisely. You became nervous (anybody in your position would) and tried to diffuse that anxiety by making it about the audience and about psychotherapy in general. It is a tactical defense. :)
