my advice to you is start loving yourself read books and Gain knowledge on how to improve yourself mentally and physically and if you don't wanna read books you can always just go to TH-cam to get the information and implanted to in your life and then workout and take care of your mental health and you'll be fine give it a few months

I may not be a man, but this rocked me to the core. This helps me better understand why most guys are lacking emotional communication skills in general. I knew before, but this is one of the main factors why guys are corrupted because our society and family members teaching them (as in men and boys) the wrong tools to be a real man. A man shouldn't care about their v-card, be more open to their soft loving side, need to use their heads/hearts instead of their sexual organs, and feel comfortable to cry. I can relate to feel unvalidated when it comes to dating because no one seems to date me and I have personal problems to deal with. I have a hard time loving myself and I try too hard to find love. I need to focus on myself worth and date in the future instead of dating people who are struggling to love themselves.
