As I live amongst the bush, off the grid with no tv reception and I don't pay to much attention to the outside world, I'm wondering what the heck your talking about, what events have I missed in this state that I live in?... Five thrips! And Silver ring, Really! When you show off, you really shoe off! Magic hunt! Have you ever seen one of those movie scenes where a person is trying to run away down a hallway towards a door, from some horror behind them, when the hallway suddenly telescope's out off into the distance, and no matter how far or fast they run, the door gets no closer, I had that vision in my head when you were trying to get back to your car. I had a bit of a laugh with each dig trying to get there! Speaking for myself, I enjoyed that hunt! Thanks Camille, Cheers!

@@10TargetsDetecting As for the Gucci ring, I recognised the insignia almost straight away, but I think the camera may have made it easier to see, I tried to do what I did for CBK's last vid, with one of his items, by talking at my phone and telling him what I saw, it partially worked, he used a different term for it, but he got the gist, I tried to do the same for you but it didn't work. So much for my psychic powers! Oh! I don't like the sound of that, We may see a later day Eureka stockade rebellion. I was thinking some kind of damaging weather event. I'll have to do some snooping! I can completely relate on getting out in any weather. I have been out in 10 degree (Fahrenheit) weather with snow on the ground, to super windy with rain. Nothing will stop me from finding my first silver!

Thanks!! Most spots I go have predecimals but nothing super old. So I do feel it’s a bit repetitive at times but there’s always variety with buckles or lighters or jewellery… I suppose you do the best with where you live 😊 and I’m grateful. Happy hunting 👍👍

Always exciting to get silver but to find 5!! Wow!! I don't know how many times I got some of my best finds on the way back to the truck. You just have to swing on the way! It's like an unwritten law of metal detecting... 😀

Where do you find the history/maps of towns etc? State library?
Library’s are a great place to start. We have an Archives building here where I live. But I also talk to old people about how it was for them and stories about their parents etc. what do you do? 😊
