- I’ve hunted so many times at these paddocks - old multiple dwellings were here from 1920-1970. This area is to be developed into town houses. I return with my Manticore set to dig it all #detecting #metaldetecting #treasurehunting #manticore #metaldetecing #detectingfinds #treasure #camille

Love the baby spoon. I don't have one with a stork on it. There are always a great find such a personal item.

I agree with you! There's no such thing as a bad target! 👍 All objects have their special story. Anyway.... I detect fields/farms and it's a good feeling removing litter and scrap from the soil.
@@terjemarken2411 true. I really don’t mind removing metals from the ground. I recycle lead, copper, brass and aluminium. It helps the environment a little. And it may help reveal good targets that were hiding! I found a big silver florin under a massive sheet of metal. Anyway each to their own.
Nice mix of finds Camille 👌 you're right there's no bad targets and each one tells a story.
Junky targets on the beach will tell you alot about what you might find, same as predecimals or modern coins.
My favourite is to find old glass 1800s to early 1900s, old gold usually isn't far away.

Great dig!! I am thinking that the metal thing is the lid of an antique blush makeup because it has a hinge on the left hand side. It may have had a mirror on the piece you found. Lovely either way 😍

Agreed, never a bad target, because of the plastics, glass, and ceramics you can find as well. Plus, that copper pipe can also be a copper decoration or bowl or something. ❤️🙏🔥😊🔥

The quick escape! Im still having a bit of a laugh as im writing this! Well I moderately disagree with the" no such thing as a bad target" statement! But I do agree that it is a good target, until it isn't! And theres only one way to find out. I reckon that spoon was a baby spoon, given that the bird was a stork! Could be a photo frame, but I think the hinge says otherwise, unless it had two photos in it, one on each panel. After a meal of finds, its always good to clean your teeth! Cheers Camille!

That scrunched up metal thing is a cover for a tube.In an old radio.I would rather dig out in nature too.

With new gear I got I pulled my self up on gear got 800 and xterra pro why most 🎯 targets 5 ins at most on beach 🏖 16 ins one target 🎯 most drops 4 ins at most 900 sold it up graded pinpointers got the lot always carry 2 but still pin pointers all new so there is 1000.00 just in them.😂

@@10TargetsDetecting ok 200mm 8 ins. Still good depth. Darling Downs area black soil seen cracks in soil wider than 3ins in the drought. Dalby area Pittsworth bad for it. Walked 💯 of meter's not a target 🎯.
