OMG, it's important to give your PC breaks. (Turn it off at night especially). My old computer completely died (It may have had a virus?), and I over worked it by not turning it off. Also, you can get a business computer, and you can leave it on longer.

I am terrible for speaking fast. I naturally speak fast anyway but it's worse when I'm nervous so I make a conscious effort to slow down for presentations or public speaking. But then I think I sound robotic. I don't learn scripts per se for presentations, as I get too into my head about learning lines. I learn the key messages for each slide, then I incorporate them into my presentation. So it's more like a conversation. Similar to you highlighting or making bold key things you want to say
Thank you for doing a week in my life video and hope you keep doing them. Looking back to when you first started your channel and now you have changed so much. I heard you say something that made me think that you living in New York has changed who you are now, and where and you see your channel going in the future. I look forward to all your new videos every week and what is happening with you living in New York. So have to ask do you like the faster pace of life or the slower pace. I hope soon you will do a life update on where you see yourself in 2 to 5 years.
