I’m a keto girl, and although I’m not vegan, I love their line of plant based, keto friendly, pre mixed, grab and go shakes. I keep the chocolate and the no nut nut butter flavors in my fridge. And when I’m busy, with no time to make a meal, I can grab one and head out the door. Great collab with them.

I have feet psoriasis. They had to do a skin biopsy to know for sure. The two diseases are similar. During the situation, I got to go out to get light therapy. My dad or my uncle would take me for takeout at the park. Saved my sanity during the situation. The psoriasis is healed, but I have dry skin. I need to use Urea cream or other creams of my choice.

TV Show recommendation not sure where you will find it in the US as it’s a UK original but there is an American version. It’s called The Traitors. It’s sooo good. A reality show and the American one has a mix of regular people and reality ‘stars’ would say the UK version is better if you can find it but deffo all worth a watch. You will become obsessed!

I think one reason your skin is freaking out is that you came from a warmer climate and now you’re in a colder climate. I know coming from a cold climate myself my face/skin doesn’t like The cold but gets used to the weather too. And when I get the opportunity to go to somewhere warm and nice, my skin thrives!! It loves it. But I can tell it’s also like “Girl what are you doing to me?!” I’m sure it isn’t the whole problem especially for your eczema, but it’s just a thought too. Love you so much!! 💖😊🎀

I wonder if the collagen in the coffee is good, I wanted to try the Jennifer Aniston vital protiens but theres other brands people like. I go to an online dermatologist it is not covered by insurance, but it is fun I realized they kept the photos of me from online consultations to track my progress, I'm trying to look bad I want a prescription.. not as bad as the pic they use from botox
