Nice one. Thats so true about those out of the blue swells been noticing those recently further down the coast. I like how you explain. Your set up too. Good realistic session too.
Its something I definitely noticed more recently. I think its maybe because the sea conditions have been more calm recently and you notice the wave structure a bit more.
I was fishing Shoreham beach on Saturday (church of the good shepherd beach) had the same swells as you, no bites at all, using squid, mackeral black lug, bluey and sandeels in various combinations. Its nice to get out though.
That sucks, at least its not just me then suffering with the swell and lack of fish :) Hopefully I'll be able to get back down there again this week, but I might try further up by the arm. Tight lines!
@@Fishingbug No not just you, I was with my Son who also didn't get a bite, and there was another guy fishing further down the same beach and he had no luck either. I may pop back down later in the week again myself.
