Put Chris Brown on all of the posters, in every clip of the preview for the movie, had him doing interviews and commercials for the movie to get all of us teenage girls in 2007 to buy all of the tickets, for him to be in the movie for FIVE MINUTES!
I was in the theater with my homegirl when it first came out. Some teenage girls were a couple seats over. Their little brother was bawling his little eyes out cuz "He killed Chris Brown 😭"

This film is seriously underrated. The storyline had been done before of course but this scenario was new and original, the music and the script are brilliant.
If you ever seen behind the scenes, the two teams actually didn't eat together or really interact so they could keep the tension where they wanted. And then there is Tuck from Step up 2. Definitely good dancers all the way around
