*It should have been a 69 - 9 maul for the Lions but the refs wanted to save birthday Jerry from devastation, settling for mere embarrassment instead.* 😜
This was one of the most satisfying moments in my life as a Lions fan. The hatred for the Cowboys is very, very real in Detroit and to see how much of a troll job we did on those clowns in an embarrassing blowout on Americas game of the week ON Jerry’s BIRTHDAY…was pure bliss.
As a Packer Fan, I am supposed to be upset, when the Lions Win! However when you do what you did to Dallas, I couldn't be more proud of the NFC North and Loved every second of that A$$ whipping!
@d.s.8733 The enemy of my enemy is my friend type shit. I'm imagining each team as a child. I see the Lions and Packers being like lower class siblings that hate each other, but give each other a dap up when one gives the snoody, entitled, rich kid called the Dallas Cowboys - who have been crying to their mommy every time they're about to lose and force the rules to be changed so they win something - exactly what's coming to them.
As a Detroit fan...you have no idea how it feels to hear people talk about my team in a positive manner. Im speechless...my step dad would be so proud...i wish he was here
The guy doing the griddy by Miss Prescott puking made me lose it! 😂 Best part is he kept going around her, not just past her. Another fine example of Lions humiliating the Cowboys.
Last year ain't shit to me.. As a Lion's fan, I been looking for payback since Jerry's party bus refs picked up that pi flag against Pettigrew!!! We had a GREAT FKN TEAM that year for a playoff run and had it stolen!!!
What other fan bases may not get is that what we Lions fans are experiencing most Sunday’s right now are DECADES of enacted revenge and catharsis. We’ve been waiting like the Count of Monte Christo for all of this.
As for starting the game with Dan Skipper reporting, that is not the first time they have done that this season. They use that for the heavy run quite a bit.
I have to confess I get a secret thrill watching Jerry in misery in his luxury box. The greatest reward though, is on behalf of the loyal fans in Detroit who survived years of the Same Old Lions, who now dominate and work relentlessly to win for MCDC and each other. Those guys are so dialed in, I appreciate that now other teams almost fear playing the Lions, and I hope they can find a way to overcome the lost of Hutch.
As a KC fan, I even love the Lions. The turnaround of the franchise, the solid Drafting, the great FA play adds like Monty, and amazing Coaches, what fun team to watch!
Also lions should made a trade with the browns to get Garret. Imagine they win a ring, work out a deal and the next year its hutch and Garret on the same line... Damn...
Ben Johnson is focused. He isn't a guy who accepts less than a players best. Those trick plays were Ben giving the 'Boys and the refs the middle finger. If the 'Boys don't like it, they are all pros and getting paid, make a stand a stop them.
Finally we have people commentating on the game and actually focusing on the WINNING team, and not "how many defensive players were injured" for the losing team. News flash, the Lions were missing many key defensive starters, and lost our best player during the game. I've lost so much respect for Colin Cowherd and and all these other clowns who NEVER give the Lions any respect. Thank you Kyle, Beau, Nate, and all the other guys on this podcast.
I love how people are like "I don't think the Lion's should have shown this play. They should keep those up their sleeves." I think Ben Johnson has never worn a t-shirt, because his sleeves are loooong
This says everything you need to know about this team. Campbell gave Jared Goff a game ball for having a great game and to make up for last week. Goff said thanks and then he did this, "Hey, real quick. Real quick. Real quick," Goff began, holding the game ball. "Our (expletive) head coach is our (expletive) rock now. We’re in Dallas in his (expletive) place where he played. Game ball goes to him.” This team will run through walls for this coach.
I've moved on from the Cowboys, we have to get ready for Minnesota they have beat some legit teams this year it's going to tell us a lot about both Minnesota and Detroit where they really are at right now. I think it's going to be a really good game finesse with talent vs. smash mouth with talent except Detroit can do so much more on offense and Minnesota plays great defense just they haven't faced a Lions team hitting on all 53 cylinders 5 defensive turnovers last week they are confident as they could be. Minnesota better be ready to play they're going to need to be.
If they don't bring in somebody who will make a significant impact it's over. They needed a edge rusher before Hutch went down and your trying to tell me the approach could possibly be ( Just play harder)? No, if they don't make a move they've basically overestimated a pass rush that already had problems or just conceided that they wont win this year because if they don't do something major it's over and they have to know that how could they not know?
The Lions were determined to leave no doubt as to who was the best team. They deliberately ran up the score. The refs couldn't save Dallas this time. Before you whine about Dallas' defensive injuries, you were healthy on offense and couldn't ever score a touchdown.
Commish, Davenport, Barnes and Hutchinson are out. James Houston is also not much of an option for all intents and purposes. The Detroit Lions are far thinner on the pass rush then folks are talking about. Do I think it hurts? Yes. Do I also think the secondary and safety tandom will be able to compensate? AbsoFuckinLutley.
It hurts to lose Hutch for the season but let's not forget that even without Hutch we still have more talent on our defense than a lot of teams do..B.B. Kerby Anzalony Jack Campbell. Alim Terrion is learning fast...we will be alright.
Saying he feels worse for hutch than a guy who has his career end and is scraping for playing time is such a spoiled silver spoon baby thing to say . Man hasn't gone a single day of his life wanting for a single thing so he wouldn't know what desperation feels like trying to put food on the table for your family and set them up for the future
Dan said 4-6 months for Aidan’s recovery so the Super Bowl return IS possible but we’ll see how likely that is. If he does make it on the field for the Super Bowl, what’s the over/under on him winning comeback player of the year?
@@Chromatic145 excuses excuses... you were healthy when the saints came into your house and derrick carr looked like 2009 brees !! What's the excuse there ??...

Right, and that’s after they’re the ones that jumped on the Lion’s bandwagon of playing on Thanksgiving. Scumbag move.
Ferrari with mud tires is the best assessment of the Lion’s I’ve heard. Good call Chris Long.

They went to Decker again in the endzone, Penei getting the lateral, and Skipper lined at receiver. Lions took no prisioners. Get well soon Hutch!!
