    Being an Indian I can assure that the legend of the Lady wearing a white saree is really popular in many places, especially in rural areas. I have heard many of my relatives saying that they witnessed that lady at night. In their stories the woman just did not wave, she was seen climbing up the trees or jumping on the water. Some said that she smiled seeing them and others claimed that the woman looked as if she was blind and lost.

      I too live in India & it is stupid & superstitious that a mainstream Bollywood song is "possessed". The song doesn't even have a horror touch to it.

    • @sagarsharma3636
      @sagarsharma3636 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      To be honest, it seems that it is superstitious, but guess what? There were 3 cases of the similar event in my native place. To my surprise, it was one of my favourite songs but when I heard that people (more likely farmers) who carried a mini radio with them listen to this song were fainted and more often possessed. Well, I don't know the exact case but ya, this song is ban in my village.
