That part when you face off against an entire darkspawn horde and the main theme comes in full swing. That was the biggest highlight of this dlc for sure, for a mere moment, the darkspawn were as deadly as they were in the 5th blight.
Whole OST is amazing. I've heard inquisition OST for the first time in a film music festival at the huge arena (30k+ audience) in my country. It was after the year it won goty. The chills I had... Incredible. So much soul in these sounds, it stood out from everything else I heard in concert that day
@@dtaylorutube theyre not too noticeable for me but maybe when it's loud. For some reason I had image of you just stopped on a red light in traffic ,you've got this music blaring really loud and some guy is next to you in the traffic listening in on your music thinking " damn that's some intense music "
@@keiran5170 You're right. When I reset my tone controls in the car, the heavy bass is far less of an issue. However, one good note. I recently found a way to directly extract the music instead of having to record it while playing the game. So I will probably re-do everything anyway so that there are no volume glitches. I'm testing this out with some Trespasser tracks.
ok. picture this. humor me. after you defeat the emissary alpha and you think it's over, you go through the door, and an even more massive onslaught of darkspawn descends on you, the Battle OST music still churning away in the background, and you're like, fuck it, i'll take as many of you ugly fucking bastards with me as i can! the waves are endless and brutal. it seems as though you will not make it out of this.then you see some commotion among the darkspawn, and as you strain your eyes you realize that your team is not alone, and the darkspawn isn't running at you, they're running away from a team of living people you can barely make out in the distance, who are herding them like cattle and now the darkspawn are trapped between their team and yours, and you're not going to let them get away. with renewed vigor you and your team hack away at the seemingly endless army of darkspawn until slowly, as time goes by, the team that became the light at the end of your tunnel comes more into view. the music slowly gets louder and louder until it's at a crescendo as your two teams desperately try to close the distance to each other, slaughtering anything in your path. as the fight finally ends, and the leader of your saviors rips their weapon from the carcass of the last of a group of emissary alphas, your team looks upon them with reverence, as they walk up to you, swing their bloody weapon over there shoulder, and introduce themselves. you've just been saved by the Hero of Ferelden. it would've been legendary, bro. FUCKING LEGENDARY.
Luís Jaén Mine too. It was dope finding evidence not only of the Titans existence, but also getting a sense of scale of just how powerful the Evanuris really were to take them down and just how much danger everyone really is from them. If the Titans lost to them, what chance does Thedas have? We'll need the Titans help before all is said and done. I dont think anyone else besides Fenharel, and maybe the forgotten ones are going to be any challenge for them. Especially Elgarnan, from what we know about him, he single handedly drove the titans and dwarves underground and scared them so bad that its now a tradition of their culture to not even look at the sun. Just how terrifying was he?

I fail to find the first track's name or any upload about it. Could that be that it's not included in the official Descent OST? Btw it was a very spot on track for the fight in the dark against the unknown enemies. Loved all minute of this DLC, dark, depressing enough for my taste :)
I don't know if you've found it, but its on youtube, just type the descent main theme extended Edit: oh the first track's name ? Well I guess its just "the descent final boss theme"

Just finished this part, and I AM PUMPED! Such an epic moment.
On Nightmare if you are not over level they are deadly from earlier.
3:33 is the best part
Stargate
It’s a crazy trip
You can go very far
You don’t need a ship
Or even a car
One of the best DLC soundtracks of the game.
