    In front of the oil cooler I add a stainless steel grid for protection against flying stones.

      @@JaySingh-ex6xc me too; one thing that really helped me was the HD rider's course, which provided a big bike to train with, 500lbs. I don't recommend learning from any small bikes, fyi.

    🇬🇧 I have a 2009 96cu Fat Bob…….. big single saddle, Arlen Ness intake, Supertrapp 2 into 1, mapped by Powerglides in the UK……. short risers, narrower straights and a fly screen…..
    She’s a peach……..
    Don’t understand why they went from the Dyna to the Softail 🇬🇧🙂

      The Softail is a better frame, period. That's why. Hard mounted engine, monoshock with linkage. Those 2 things alone are massive, massive improvements.

    I always wanted the Fat Bob since I started riding three years ago. Then when the time came, I bought a ‘21 Low Rider S 🤷🏻‍♂️. It’s a great bike, and I got a great deal on it. I immediately put cobras on mine as well, and they sound fantastic! I have thought about changing them a couple of times, but then I listen to them and think, Why?

    Beautiful looking bike .... Quick question ..... How many mile's do you get from a full tank until the fuel light come's on ... As looking at getting one of these ... cheers

    • @julzzcan9490
      @julzzcan9490  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      it seems to come on with about a half-gallon left, so enough to get going and find gas! Usually, there are 1 or 2 bars left when the indicator comes on, if I recall correctly. By the way, there are about 8 or so bars indicating how much gas is full or low...

    • @StrengthLabAZ
      @StrengthLabAZ 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Around town riding I get about 100 miles before the light comes on. I ride it pretty hard though from light to light. There's plenty of fuel left when the light comes on to get more gas without running out.

    When you race around on the roads riding a motorcycle then you're an accident just waiting to happen. Just so you know. Hey, I like how you stood around talking and showing the bike. Unlike some who show the bike then head off for a ride, talking. I'm here for the bike not for the ride. Well done.

    That fork bag isn't hitting the top of your fender?I had the same viking fork bag on mine and it scratched the top of mine before I realized that it would hit.

    • @julzzcan9490
      @julzzcan9490  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was worried about that too, it ties up pretty tight above and hasn't slipped downward much at all. I looked at it the other day and retightened the straps. Something to keep an eye on! Sorry, yours got scratched too. Thanks for commenting.

      @@flgraderman Oh I see, but no, mine's been fine. I tried to create enough clearance and set it up as high as possible, at first, I wanted to rest it on the fender, but didn't. I'm very wary of scratching up that black paint!
