As per the Official web portal of Ministry of Health and Family Affairs , vaccination is only VOLUNTARY not compulsary. You can check the site.Open the site and read FAQ section.
Moreover there is court order by Hon Kerala High court which says vaccination is not compulsary it is voluntary.Someone can choose. No one can compell.
Further, govt hasn't undertook any liability on adverse effects or death dur to vaccination.
In the case of COVID vaccine,central govt has told us to approach the medicine company for compensation in case of any I'll effects.
Am I right sir?
