Megatron, hot rod, bumblebee, hound, lockdoen and also ironhide(you forget to add shockwave, for me he must be in the top 7 or top 6.Becouse, he can shoot perfectly from the very long distance).
I mean honestly, Hound wasn't that bad of a character, sure he replaced Ironhide but he was pretty cool during Hong Kong, it shows that Hound ain't willing to go down easily even without ammo for his guns. I also loved Hound when he told Cade he was a good Father...basically a bro moment right there, he also aimed his gun at Crosshairs telling him he should help out in finding Optimus Prime and Cade's Daughter that shows that Hound won't abandon anyone even if they're human.

Jazz is definitely the most sympathetic Autobot. The entire movie he questions Prime's tactics and cares about the humans enough to die for them and he even talks about bumblebee to Prime after his capture

I believe that since he had a radio he was able to talk like Bumblebee or since he and Bumblebee are soliders, Bumblebee could have taught him how to use his radio to talk in vehicle mode, so then they could talk with the soliders that they were fighting with or are fighting with them when undercover (in vehicle mode). Or he could have been born/made like that or he could have developed or learned it like I said Then again it's just a theory. Edit: Geez, I just that I wrote all of that down in less than five minutes....on the spot!
instead of Dispensor I think you should have added Shockwave. From his shot in DOTM when he fired at Optimus and got him stuck in some cables since he was like 2 miles away
Zachary O shockwave is #1 for me. I was really shocked(haha see what I did there) when he wasn’t in this list. If only Bay appreciated Shockwave more, everyone will agree

Yeah he was a all around badass I never understood how his body worked tho because his robot form he has a coat type thing that functions as a coat(coat tails flapping in scenes ) but it’s never seen in his vehicle form
Optimus did his upside down version of his iconic Jump when he attacked Megatron and Starscream in ROTF. You can see his leg bent and arm out. And great video. I wished we seen more Hound + Crosshairs moments. Those two would wreck the battlefield together.

Hound got a good part in the list because of his fight in TF4 against KSI decepticons but he doesn't do that much after that so yeah hound is in the right place and the same with ironhide he gets a good spot for all the shoot outs he does and I believe if he was still in the movie up to know he would still be the sharpest shooter

I know you're including other sources like toy descriptions but based on what we see in the movies there's absolutely no way. yes his original guns did fire straight through demolisher a massive excavator like optimus did. however optimus's gun didn't leave any visible damage on starscream with 4 shots and in the first movie ironhide was completely scared of starscream. I use starscream as a reference because while he's very tough I think it's safe to say if their weapons were near the top above some of those other characters it would have at least left a mark
Iron hide and hound were probably bff in cybertron but the whole megatron thing happend and they choose the autobots but iron hide had to go to earth with optimus and the others and hound got had to stay back, and when hound knew his friend iron hide died he came to earth to get revenge...
