      This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "tennis betting tipster" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Aiyenjamin Prefatory Approach - (do a google search ) ? It is a smashing one off guide for discovering how to get a unique tennis betting formula without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

      Hope you do well!!
      Tennis competition is all mental and you must learn how to win in your mind first before you play your matches.
      Which is hard to do for most players.
      Focus on relaxing and picturing yourself playing your best tennis in matches.

      Don't be scared. But do try to have fun! One tip which often helps me stay calm when I'm serving, is to imagine I'm playing against someone who is a beginner and that I'm trying to feed the serve to either their backhand or forehand. You might think this will make you hit a weaker server, but actually it just helps you relax and find the target more consistently. Most double faults occur in the mind first. So on important points, always try to RELAX!!!!

    • @theforehandguy
      @theforehandguy ปีที่แล้ว

      The power exerted is the same but there is more spin on the 2nd which slows the ball down and makes it more consistent

      @user-be5qg7mr1s ปีที่แล้ว

      @@theforehandguy its not that easy....try it at 40-30 on your serve when you have to hold. Chances are it goes OUT. I don't swing that hard, I get it in..like medium. Under 4.5, i havent seen guys who can consistently attack a 2nd serve that stays low and sliced

      @@user-be5qg7mr1s it might not be easy but I think it definitely possible even for players 4.5 and under with practice and proper technique. A fast swing with good technique and spin can actually help with consistency whether it’s slice or topspin

  • @thomasmedeiros5722
    @thomasmedeiros5722 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Hit with spin to make the ball go in! Work on your return of serve and realize what the score is on every point. Your shot choice should be based on who is ahead or behind. Have a practice partner stand at the service line and hit serves instead of the base line. This will decrease your time to react but simulate a big serve. Then have them move back half way then eventually back to the base line. This is a drill we use at team practice and tennis camp. If you can get most serves back and attack second serves you can get into your opponents head as the match goes on. I am only 5’6” and 140 lbs so I don’t hit aces with my spin serves but win lots of points with my return of serve. Always try to move forward into the return if possible. Make them think twice if they are serving to you at Add Out. Being consistent is the key!

  • @Sarah-vu3zf
    @Sarah-vu3zf 5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    I tried out these tips today to the fullest extent that I could! Although I didn't win the "match," (it was just a couple of sets against someone on my team during a practice) I did a whole lot better against her than I did last time. With a combination of these tricks, some mental toughness work, and a ton of practice, I've risen to an entirely different level than I was last season. My coach even said it was the best tennis he had seen from me this pre-season!

    A lot of the serve thing is in the toss. And your first slightly in front of you. The second serve toss should be a little bit behind the ball. So your forced to brush the ball more and get more serve. Also if you don't do the pronation and continental. You need to use those.

    These are some of the best tips I've ever heard. But I have a question, when you are on offense ready to either hit an overhead or easy put away shot, do you recommend ever glancing at your opponent to see where he/she is moving? I play up against a lot of defensive players who make every return, hard to put away a shot when they seem to guess where I'm going every time. I always feel like they are watching me..

    • @EssentialTennis
      @EssentialTennis  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You should definitely NOT be taking your narrow, focused vision off the ball, Kevin. You can watch them, but use your peripheral vision. Takes a lot of discipline and focus! I talk about that in this video: th-cam.com/video/eW_iHszB1Ck/w-d-xo.html

      Essential Tennis - Lessons and Instruction for Passionate Players
      A long way away! I am in the South East of England so sadly, for the time being, I will need to remain a virtual student.
      Great to see Kevin joining your team as well. Total Tennis Domination was another of my go to subscriptions!

    controlling the amygdalae is a hard thing to do. It's like white noise that's tensing up the blood flow in the brain. also there's going to be anxiety that's in the back part of the brain. trying to release these pressure centers of the brain has made me far more consistent than I have ever been.
