While there are some noted positives and downsides, here are some solutions for the problems figured out by Joe Gray regarding the Radian Sliding Grip Bar V2. 1. Attach a barbell Fat grip in the bars center which as a barrier between any oily component (gun oil) of the bar and the users clothing. Alternatively, a Teflon Spray can also be used for enhanced smoothness, which mitigates any issues related to clothing. However, among the two, gun oil shows best smoothness. 2. At and before the liftoff, make sure the handles are evenly placed with the center. The Handles during workout move in a synchronized (symmetrical) fashion.
@@eshanmadushka3860 Dumbells have no comparison to this bar, it enables to your muscle fibers to work in a different way as it has converging resistance unlike dumbbells.
@@the_black_prince I don’t believe there’s that much difference it makes other than dumbbells surely it is great for balancing but not in the way muscle fibers work I mean at the end it is also a push excersize
Surely if the sideways pressure of your hands is enough to slide the grip, then any tilted/unlevel lift is just gonna cause them to slide right over on you, making the weight just fly off to one side (and the weaker/slower side at that). Seems like an accident waiting to happen.
The handle movement is synchronized or symmetrical. If you grab both the hanldes, then tilt the bar, no handle would "slip" or move. However this is possible if only one handle is grabbed. Even in case of a strength imbalance with both arms, the handles still move in a Synchronized fashion.
@@RadianUSAso the barbell will slide sideways in a synchronized fashion. Why didn't you demonstrate with higher weight? If this type of scenario won't happen, can you upload a video of you pressing unevenly to show that.. with a much heavier weight?

After using it, all I can say is it’s one of the best equipments for bodybuilding in the market rn! 👏
Your a fool. Chest flys do the same movement. Dumbbell pressing does the same thing, This thing is a gimmick wont be around in a few years
